Searchlight BBS or Spinnaker. It is supported for SLBBS folks by SLBBS
folks. Think of it as an interactive system, since the user has quite a
bit of input as to what happens with the site.

I lost track on the Number of files Paul has uploaded and put on the Files Section Page. It looks like an expanded version of the old searchlight.com site. Anything file you need to run a Searchlight BBS is in there.
